Winter Showcase Commitments/Spring Dates

Happy Friday the 13th TDD Dance Families!

As fall and pumpkins are upon us, we hope to see our dancer’s in their Halloween costumes Wednesday the 25th- Tuesday the 31st! Please be sure you can move around in your costume for class and prepare to pose for some Spooky Social Media content.

To all of our TDD dance families we appreciate your commitment to dance and to our program. We value our families and dancers. Please know we are always here if you have any questions or feel like you need extra support. Whether you are a part of our Rec programs or evening Anytime classes you are a part of our TDD Dance Family.

WINTER SHOWCASE 2023

Let us know if you will be participating in our 3rd Annual Winter Showcase!

Showcase is open to ALL TDD dancers. Winter Showcase is our smaller low key performance event. This end of session performance gives dancers a chance to perform in front of families and friends, in a more relaxed atmosphere, and is a perfect stepping stone before our more elevated Spring Recital; especially for those who may be a little nervous about performing. Participation is not required but highly recommended/encouraged. 

Your Winter Showcase Commitment Form is due November 1st.  Your Winter Showcase Fee will be posted to your account on the 15th of November (for those enrolled in autopay it will be processed this day as well).  If your showcase fee is not paid by the following week, a late fee will be applied. Dancers at the Windsor Rec Center will need to create an account via our website.

Winter Showcase Details:

Date: Sunday, December 10th at the Windsor Community Recreational Center

250 11th Street, Windsor, CO 80550

Time: NEW! This year we will split our show into two performances, to keep the shows shorter and help keep our back room less chaotic. 

Our first show will feature our Pre-K classes and our Repertory and will begin at 1:30pm – Dancers will check-in at 1:00pm. Our young TDD dancers are welcome to come back to watch the older dancers; no additional ticket purchase will be necessary but an adult must be present for supervision.

Our Second Show featuring our youth, intermediate, teen classes and Repertory will begin at 3:00pm. – Dancers will check-in at 2:30pm.  

Participation Fee: $25 This includes your participation fee, a commemorative t-shirt, and 2 tickets. All showcase fees are final. Please do not bring snacks inside of the gym. Water and no mess drinks are fine. 

Tickets: Tickets can be purchased presale ONLY.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

Tickets are $5.00 for this year for adults 18+. Siblings and friends of our dancers 18 and under are free. Due to our growing numbers and limited space and seating capacity there is a small fee for family and friends to attend this event. We MUST have a head count to provide the Recreation facility with, so we can be properly prepared. Tickets will go on sale November 15th when we will send out a link for purchasing. 

TDD dancers will have free admission. However, an adult of at least 18 must be present and must purchase a ticket.

Costumes:

We will put out class recommendations closer to the date.  Dancers will be asked to pull from their closets rather than investing in a new costume. I.E. red top and black leggings, holiday sweater, etc. We do this to help keep costs down, especially around the holidays we do not wish to ever overburden our families. For those who want the sparkles and spotlights do not fret – that’s what Spring Recital is for!

Please fill out your commitment form ASAP.  Commitment is due NOV 1st. Fees will be posted on NOV 15th!

Tuition Info:

• Registration Fees are due upon registration. No registration fee is required for classes at Windsor Recreation Center .
• Monthly tuition will be due by the first class of the month. If enrolled in autopay, it will be processed on the first of every month.
  • Late Fees – A late fee of $15.00 will be automatically added to your balance 8 days after the 1st. If left unpaid, another fee of $20.00 is charged every 7 days. If you have not paid your tuition after 15 days your dancer will NOT be allowed to attend class until all late fees and all balances owed are paid.
• Winter Showcase Participation Fee Due on November 15th
• Recital fees will be due in February
• Payment types accepted are cash, check, or card.
• All balances can be seen on your online account, where you can pay via card. **

**Classes at the Windsor Recreation Center must be paid through their portal, at the front desk, or by phone through the Recreation Center – TDD can not accept payment for Recreation Classes held at Recreational Facilities.
