Friends, Halloween, and Showcase!

Happy Friday TDD Dance Fam!

Please be sure to fill out your Showcase form whether you plan to participate or not! Teachers need to start planning choreography.

Bring-A-Friend Week starts on October 16th. Halloween Spirit Week & our TDD Costume Contest start on October 25th!

As reminder Tuition will be posted and processed on the 1st. If you are not enrolled in autopay – tuition is due by the 8th to avoid late fees!

Bring-A-Friend Week is Oct 16th – Oct 22nd!

Bring your bestie with you to try your class, or bring a car full of friends.  This week during class you and your bff will dance your hearts out together!  We can’t wait to meet your friends. We will be handing out liability forms the week before and have them available in class.**

**For participation in class we ask that all friends’ guardians fill out a liability waiver.  If we do not have a liability waiver, the friend will need to sit and watch and will not participate in dancing.

Halloween Spirit Week and Costume Contest!

October 25th – 31st

Get into the spooky spirit and wear your Halloween Costume to Dance Class the 25th – 31st! Please wear costumes dancers can move and dance safely in : ).

Halloween Costume Contest

Winner will get $25 off their November month tuition!

Details:

What? – The dancer’s costume that gets the most likes via social media (Instagram and Facebook) will receive $25 off their tuition for the month of November.

How? – We will take pictures of dancers in their costumes during Halloween Spirit Week 10/25-10/31 or you can take a picture at home. Use the hashtag halloweentdd (#halloweentdd) and tag us on Facebook and Instagram!

SHARE with family and friends to gain more likes ; )

When? Voting will end 10/31 at midnight and the winner will be announced on November 1st

Rules? Only one costume may be entered per dancer. Votes will be counted as of the evening on 10/31/22

Winter Showcase is December 18th!

On December 18th we will have our Winter Showcase performances for all our dancers. Participation is not required but encouraged. Participation fee is $25.00 and includes a commemorative t-shirt. Participation fee offsets staffing costs, venue, etc. FEE IS DUE NOV. 8th

Costume – We will put out class recommendations. Dancers will be asked to pull from items that might be in their own closets rather than investing in new attire.

Date – December 18th, 2022

Where – The Windsor Recreational Center

When – Dancers will arrive at and check-in at 12:30pm with the performance starting at 1:00pm

Who – All TDD dancers are welcome to participate! We invite all friends and family to join us for a delightful show with festive spirit.

Tuition:

** For TDD dancers at Anytime Fitness**

Your monthly tuition is calculated by the number of classes per month.  If your dancer is a Repertory Dancer – that class is a SET monthly fee. 

Tuition is posted on the 1st of every month.  Your tuition is due prior to the 8th to avoid late fees.  

If you are enrolled in autopay that will be processed on the 1st as well. 

If you choose to newly enroll in autopay we are running a promotion that you will receive $10 off your first recital costume. To see more tuition information please refer to our pricing page. 

Reminders:

We can’t to see everyone back in class – just a couple reminders for our dancers joining us at Anytime Fitness

• Your teacher will meet you at the front door to let you in at class time.
• If you are running late, please text us at the studio number 970-230-3226
• For the comfort of all of the dancers 5+, parents are asked to wait in lobby area by the couches until class is over. We understand that parents love to be engaged however, it can become a distraction to the class and a parent’s presence might intimidate other students. We welcome everyone back the last 5 minutes of class. Exceptions include trial classes or dancers having trouble leaving a parent.
