Dance Classes for Teenagers at Anytime Fitness

Advanced Ballet **

Mondays 7:00-8:00pm

Dancers will learn ballet technique, vocabulary, proper placement and skill development for leaps and turns. Work on strength and flexibility and brush up on variation knowledge.

Mondays 7-8:00pm

**Dancers will be invited and guided through the pointe shoe process. Please do not bring your own before discussing pointe with your teacher and TDD directors, Miranda or Nicole.

Not every dancer will immediately be ready for pointe upon registration and rushing this process can result in injuries that last a lifetime. TDD’s first priority has always and will always be the safety of our dancers above all else. We want every dancer to be both safe and successful.
