We’re Back! Season 6

Happy Friday TDD Dance Fam!

Here we go again! We’re back, tell your friends (it’s bring a friend to dance next week ; ) )! We had an amazing week seeing our dance family back in the studio and meeting new dance friends! Thank you for joining us for (drumroll… ) YEAR 6!

Bring a Friend Week Sept 14th–20th!

Next week invite your friends to take class with you! We will have liability waivers at the front desk.  

Dancers are invited to bring friends to class (excluding most invite-only classes please ask your teacher). Please ensure any visiting friends fill out a liability waiver, which we will provide upon request at the desk.

Administrative Contact Hours

Monday-Thursday: 9am-2pm

Parents may schedule a meeting with the directors outside of the times listed above. We love you all and will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner, not urgent emails/texts/calls will be answered during business hours. If there is an emergency please text us at the studio line – this goes to both directors.

Try a New Style

If you are interested in a second class but aren’t sure about the style, give it a try for free next week! Please reach out in advance so we can recommend the appropriate class and notify the instructor.

Classroom Policies

–  Please have your dancer use the bathroom before they leave home. We have one bathroom, and it tends to get a line!

– No phones are allowed in class.

– Dancers need the appropriate shoes and attire for the class they are in – for more information or guidance reach out to your teacher/a director.

TDD does not allow bullying towards other dancers, or staff. Bullying, physical aggression, or constant misbehavior are grounds for immediate dismissal from class, contract termination, and being asked to leave TDD. 

Studio Policies

Missed Class Policy: At this time, we do not offer refunds or make-ups for missed classes due to limited space and limited similar levels/styles. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us. 

Illness Policy: To keep everyone healthy, please ensure dancers are symptom-free (including no fever, coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea) for at least 48 hours before returning to the studio. We continue to disinfect the studio and props nightly

Inclement Weather Policy:

Please remember that we prioritize the safety of our dancers, staff, and families. We aim to make a final decision regarding class cancellations by 2:00 PM, which we will announce via email and social media. While we do not credit accounts for inclement weather closures, we will do our best to recommend an appropriate makeup class for your dancer.
