Recital In-Class Picture Week!

Happy Sunday TDD Dance Fam!

19 days until Dress Rehearsal! 20 days until Night at The Met comes to life! We are so proud of all the work your dancers are putting in and can’t wait for you see them light up the stage!

This up-coming week is In-Class Pictures for our dancers at Anytime Fitness. April 29th – May 3rd.

For photo days, we are asking dancers to come in full make-up and in their costumes. We will be taking class photos which will be available for purchase. Dancers should bring additional dance clothes to change into after the photos are taken so that we can still rehearse their recital dance. If your dancer isn’t participating in recital they are welcome to wear any sparkly tutu or outfit that is super special for them. They will still be in some group pictures : )

Group Shots will be available for digital purchases = $10.00 for a digital copy.

Individual Shots will be $25 and sibling sessions will be $30.

Individual Shots are by request ONLY due to time restraints and we are planning ahead to keep photo days running as efficiently as possible. Please text 970-230-3226 or confirm with a director if you are interested in solo or sibling shots. Windsor Recreation dancers can reach out this way as well if they are interested in photos. Families who purchase will receive 3-5 edited digital shots by May 31st.

We will not be able to take additional requests for solo shots the day of, you must CONFIRM PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS IF YOU WANT SOLO SHOTS.

Tickets are $15 presale and $20 at the door.

Video is $35 for a digital copy of your dancer’s performance. We only have one link to purchase the video, you will receive a copy of whichever show your dancer is in : ).

Costume Reminders:

• Do not wear or play with your dance costume until AFTER Dress Rehearsal and Recital – after that it is yours to treasure, save, wear as a Halloween costume, cut it up- make some fancy quilts…AFTER recital. <3
• Store your costume in a safe place out of reach of little hands and adorably curious paws. Tutus should be hung upside down to fluff the tulle. Smaller headpieces may be kept in a small zip lock bag and clipped to the hanger. We CANNOT replace your costume OR headpiece.
• If you MUST take the wrinkles out of your costume, we recommend allowing steam from the shower to do the trick– not in a place where it will get wet but on the door, outside the door, in a place where the steam can access the wrinkles. NEVER IRON to get wrinkles out!
• DO NOT wash your costume in any appliance or dry clean.  If for any reason you need to spot clean, do so by hand. Spot treat only if necessary and do not use any type of stain remover.
• Pro – Tip for Recital and Dress Rehearsal – pretend you’re a movie star and do your hair and make-up (besides lipstick) prior to putting your costume on, so as to avoid accidentally getting make-up on your costume. Always put your lipstick on LAST : )

RECITAL MUSIC- if your dancer is interested in practicing at home here is a link to find their music. 

RECITAL PROGRAM SPONSORS – We are looking for small businesses who would benefit from placing an ad in our end-of-the-year program. We plan to print in full color, and offer a full-page ad (8X5in) starting at $80 ($82 to cover Venmo PayPal fees), and a half page, $65 ($67 with fees) 

If you are not in a position to donate, please do not feel obligated to. We love and appreciate you all and want to support your small businesses regardless in any way we can. Please feel free to extend this invitation to people you know, who may benefit or would be interested in taking out an advertisement.

Tuition Info:

• Registration Fees are due upon registration. No registration fee is required for classes at Windsor Recreation Center.
• Monthly tuition is due by the first class of the month. If you are enrolled in autopay, it will be processed on the first of every month.
  • Late Fees – A late fee of $15.00 will be automatically added to your balance 8 days after the 1st. If left unpaid, another fee of $20.00 is charged every 7 days. If you have not paid your tuition after 15 days your dancer will NOT be allowed to attend class until all late fees and all balances owed are paid.
• Payment types accepted are cash, check, or card.
• All balances can be seen on your online account, where you can pay via card. **

**Classes at the Windsor Recreation Center must be paid through their portal, at the front desk, or by phone through the Recreation Center – TDD cannot accept payment for Recreation Classes held at Recreational Facilities.
