22 Days until Celestial – Recital 2023!

It’s FRIDAY! YAY!

Like most of you, we are very busy finishing up end of year details and gearing up for what is going to be an amazing recital. We are thrilled and so proud of our dancers.

Anytime Families –

As a reminder Tuition for Anytime Dancers will be posted on May 1st, if you are making three Recital Payments your last balance will be posted on the 6th.  ALL TUITION AND RECITAL FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE 12th FOR YOUR DANCER(s) TO PARTICIPATE!

Break A Leg, REP!

This Saturday our Repertory Company will be presenting their Spring repertoire at Seven Lakes Memory Care and Pelican Pointe Health and Rehab Center. We are so proud of them for all of their hard work!

At TDD, we believe in giving back to the community and strive to find ways to create these opportunities. If any of our families have contacts within the community for additional performances like this, let us know : ).

RECITAL 2023– CELESTIAL

Intermission Release – We will be releasing our youngest dancers at intermission – this is EXCLUSIVE for the following classes: Dance with Me, Ballet/Jazz, Pre-K Dance Party (Monday), Pre-K Dance Sampler (Sundays).  

At intermission – dancers will come onto the stage to take their final bow.  One family member will meet us to get their dancer(s), dancers belongings will be brought to the check-in table. Tiny dancers can rejoin their families to finish watching the performance without a ticket. If you must leave, we ask that you exit in between dances and NOT during. No dancers will be permitted to leave during the recital! Tiny Dancers joining the audience will not require a ticket. 

Recital Pictures – Dancers from both Anytime and Windsor Rec are welcome to come have photos taken 

Group Shots we will be doing our best to capture classes as a whole at Dress Rehearsal. We will email link’s accordingly once these are ready. 

Individual Pictures – Individual Pictures will be taken at Fossil Ridge. Individual pictures are $25 for digital copies of your dancer. Individual picture day is Saturday April 22nd 3-5:00pm. Time slots are limited.  Please use this link via sign-up genius to reserve your spot. If you reserve a time slot and do not show, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee that will be applied to your DSP account.  Siblings are welcome to take a photo together at the $25 rate. 

** Pre-K Dance Party and Youth Jazz/Hip Hop – your costumes are ordered, we know they have not arrived yet. They will be here for recital! If they have not arrived before pictures, you can reach out and we will arrange additional time slots for you.**

MUSIC Here is a link to all the recital music. Teachers will be sharing practice videos as they see fit.

Recital 2023 will be at Windsor High School on May 13th. – Dancers arrive 12:30 and Curtain is at 1:00pm

Get your additional Tickets at this link. All Recital Packages include 2 tickets. All audience members 2 and over are required to have a ticket. Any TDD dancers not performing are welcome to join us for free accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

Tickets are $15 presale – $20 day of/ at the door.

Windsor Rec Costume Recommendations – use this link. As a reminder our classes at Windsor Rec recital package did not include costumes. You create your own : ). 

Anytime Costumes – will be handed out in class as they come in, we have already handed majority.  Please be sure to try on your costumes and let us know ASAP if they need more than simple adjustments.  After trying on – please keep costumes safe and do not wear them again until dress, and recital. If your dancer is in multiple dances or would like an option to wear under their costume. We recommend a nude leotard, you can find the link in this document which includes, HAIR, SHOE, TIGHTS REQUIREMENTS BY CLASS.

SUMMER VIBES!!!

As a reminder Recital is the final day for our Windsor Rec classes, we will be letting you know your class recommendations for next year.

Anytime Fitness classes have one more week of classes after recital, we will be having in class parties to celebrate all of our accomplishments, and to kick off summer.  Anytime Fitness Dancers – will receive their class recommendations for next year during their last class.
